Key areas

  • Set target to your salesperson using Sales Quotas.

  • Control the permission granted to Vtiger Support team to access your Vtiger CRM, when responding to your support queries.
  • Maximize the charts to have full screen view in Support Insights.
  • Final step of Email Campaigns shows the confirmation popup with number of subscribers before sending the campaign.
  • Import function allows you to map a related record’s fields with your CSV file.
  • In Workflows conditions and update field action, now you can set Field and Expressions for Picklist field values.

Vtiger Server Maintenance - Subset of Singapore region

On January 29th 2017 at 06:00 AM GMT, we will be upgrading the infrastructure to improve CRM performance. We anticipate this planned maintenance will take between 2 and 3 hours to perform.

This upgrade will enhance the performance and capacity of the servers. During this maintenance window, Vtiger CRM service will not be accessible and all background operations scheduled during this time frame will be paused. All operations related to the service will resume immediately after the maintenance window ends.

This upgrade is only meant for subset of Singapore region servers.
