Key enhancements:
- Admins can configure which touchpoints influence record’s idle state.
- Behavior of roles based picklist is changed from Access Denied to read-only.
- Webhooks log has 3 new columns - Request, Detail view record URL, and Action.
- All internal links now open in a new browser tab.
- Composing an email from the related emails tab of a case now automatically puts the related contact’s primary email in the ‘to’ field.
Usabilities:
- Email conversation view is enhanced to show attachments inline without need to click on an email.
- In Picklist dependency, select or deselect the picklist values in mass.
Service Impact : None. Service will be available during this update, without any disruption.
Time : Servers in different regions will be updated at different times, as noted above.
