Mailroom Service - Scheduled server migration in EU region
Vtiger Mailroom Service Maintenance: On Sunday, November 30th, 2025, at 04:30 AM GMT, the Vtiger EU region Mailroom service will undergo scheduled maintenance for migration. The maintenance is expected to take up to 4 hours.

Affected Services: During this window, background operations will be paused, and the Mailroom service will be unavailable. Incoming emails may experience delays, and any actions configured in your Mailroom workflows will be processed after the maintenance is completed. Normal scanning and processing will resume once the service is restored.

Delays in 2FA and Password Reset Emails

Identified : Incident Start: October 20, 2025 – 7:10 AM UTC Last Updated: October 20, 2025 – 10:10 AM UTC

Impact: Some users experienced delays in receiving two-factor authentication (2FA) codes and password reset emails between approximately 7:10 AM and 10:00 AM UTC. This was due to an AWS SES issue in the US-EAST-1 region causing increased error rates and latency for outbound transactional emails.

Current Status: AWS has reported that services have largely recovered, and email delivery operations have returned to normal. We continue to monitor the system to ensure full resolution.

Next Steps:

We are continuing to monitor our email delivery queues for any residual delays.

Users who still experience delays are advised to retry or request new 2FA or reset emails.

Root Cause: The issue was related to AWS SES and DynamoDB disruptions in the US-EAST-1 region, which impacted message delivery and authentication services..
