Vtiger Mailroom Service Maintenance: On Sunday, November 30th, 2025, at 04:30 AM GMT, the Vtiger EU region Mailroom service will undergo scheduled maintenance for migration. The maintenance is expected to take up to 4 hours.

Affected Services: During this window, background operations will be paused, and the Mailroom service will be unavailable. Incoming emails may experience delays, and any actions configured in your Mailroom workflows will be processed after the maintenance is completed. Normal scanning and processing will resume once the service is restored.
