On January 22nd 2017 at 06:00 AM GMT, we will be upgrading the infrastructure to improve CRM performance. We anticipate this planned maintenance will take between 2 and 3 hours to perform.
This upgrade will enhance the performance and capacity of the servers. During this maintenance window, Vtiger CRM service will not be accessible and all background operations scheduled during this time frame will be paused. All operations related to the service will resume immediately after the maintenance window ends.
This upgrade is only meant for subset of Europe and Europe-Frankfurt region servers.

Maintenance - Software update 18.104.22.168
Add a custom field in Module Layouts and Fields of type Rich Text Area to get basic editor options in a record view.
Enable SLA behaviour for custom status values in Case.
Resolution Time field added to Cases module. This field shows up the time spent in all states when SLA clock is running.
Workflow Send Email Task is ruled out for invalid TO email addresses.
Enable the BCC address checkbox in Mailbox settings to view the replies in your email account (gmail/yahoo/hotmail,etc.)
Spellcheck option is now also available in Email compose window and Case reply window.
On deleting a module, a warning message is displayed - All the Workflows, Reports(including this module as secondary module), Dashboard Widgets, Print Templates, Email Templates, and other related records to this module will be deleted.
Merge is disabled if the Delete Permission is denied for a user in Profiles.
Allow Customer to select Timezone for Appointment link, if timezone match not found.
Option to Auto fill form data in Appointment pages.
Links are clickable in Inbox Comments tab.
Email Templates are now supported in all domains and browsers.
Default Satisfaction Survey workflow triggers - Only first time conditions are met.
Impact: None, Service will be available during this update, without any disruption.
