Vtiger Buzz extension for Chrome.
Be plugged in even when you’re not in Vtiger CRM. Vtiger Buzz reminds you when you have a meeting, notifies you when you have a message from a colleague, alerts you when something needs your attention (ex: quote waiting for approval, an opportunity that is idle..)
Select multiple files or folders from a Google Drive or Dropbox to upload it to Vtiger Documents.
Stop repeated alerts on the same email in Notification Preferences.
The character limit for each tweet is doubled to 280.
Reports record view is revamped.
All the buttons are changed to icons and moved to the extreme right.
Labels are enhanced to maintain consistency. For eg, Modify Conditions label is changed to Report Conditions.
Renamed Notification Center to Vtiger Buzz.
This update also includes fixes for bugs and minor usability issues.

Internal Help Desk
Internal tickets will allow employees to raise issues pertaining to IT, facilities, payroll, etc. It will eliminate the needs for a separate service desk and reduce silos. Tickets can be routed to the right departments and dedicated SLAs can be configured based on urgency of issues. Employees need to be added into the system before they can raise issues.
The Employees module will allow you to capture all of your employees’ information in Vtiger. It is primarily used by the Internal Help Desk module to allow employees to raise issues internal tickets. While every user of Vtiger will be an employee, the opposite need not be true.

Agent performance metrics shows managers how their agents are performing on key metrics, with the ability to drill down by priority
