Past incidents

• Our service providers are upgrading the network infrastructure on March 14th between 22:00 hours and March 15th 04:00 hours (GMT). The upgrade is expected to complete within 5 minutes, within the above window. During this upgrade the traffic to our website will be served via backup nodes.

Key areas

• Sending large attachments greater than 10mb was failing from Mail Manager.
• In detail pages under Activities section Contact Name was not populated.
• In Mailroom “Archive Email” rule has been moved down to give least priority.
• In Settings > Roles, there was no option to add a new role under top most role ”Organization”.
