Update - This issue originated due to the third party library loading failure, our Operations team is working to fix issue for all the affected customers.

Investigating - Vtiger Team observed and receive reports from customers that CRM App is not functional with unresponsive Menu Button and actions in Dashboard & Related Tab access in Detail Views Pages.
A high priority ticket has been raised. Our engineering is currently investigating the issue.
