Maintenance - Software update 7.16.6.3

This update includes features, usability and feature enhancements and issues fixes.

Key Areas

  • Dynamic fields and blocks can be defined on a module to control visibility based on business rules.
  • Tasks are set as private by default but Admin now can now control the visibility via Sharing rules.
  • Comments added to a record in CRM can be marked as Internal / External. Only external comments are published on customer portal.
  • Group by Week option available for date time fields in Chart reports.
  • Summary view enabled for Project Tasks module.
Service Impact: None, Service will be available during this update, without any disruption.

CRM Access Issue

Update - This issue originated due to the third party library loading failure, our Operations team is working to fix issue for all the affected customers.

Investigating - Vtiger Team observed and receive reports from customers that CRM App is not functional with unresponsive Menu Button and actions in Dashboard & Related Tab access in Detail Views Pages. A high priority ticket has been raised. Our engineering is currently investigating the issue.
