Sales Insights in Vtiger help Sales leaders to manage their team's performance, sell smarter and close more deals. Key performance metrics are categorized into three broad categories - Sales activity, Sales pipeline and Sales results.
- Activity Insights: Activity insights help track the activity efficiency of a sales team in converting a sales qualified lead to a closed deal.
- Pipeline Insights: Know what your pipeline is and which deals are falling through the funnel. Get insight on the revenue you are likely to hit in this quarter.
- Sales results: Compare your actuals with your pipeline and analyze the win rates of sales team members.
