Maintenance - Software update 7.16.8.2

This update includes bug fixes.

Key Fixes:

  • Create an appointment page and send the meeting page invite link to your customers to set up a meeting based on the agent’s availability.
  • Sales Insights enhanced to provide additional filters for viewing charts. Sales velocity widget added on dashboard and Loss reason analysis added to Sales results.
  • Assign a Business Hours for each user on user creation in My Preference. A default Business Hours value is added to the existing users with default option set to 9 to 6 pm based on user location.
  • Send a Feedback Survey via email to your clients and view their rating and satisfaction state on successful Case Resolution.
  • Milestone added to Gantt chart view.
  • Impact: None, Service will be available during this update, without any disruption.

Global search results might be inconsistent

Update:

Global search misbehaving was tracked down due to new user addition in the CRM. We are in the process of tracing path how this issue crept in.

Some customers have reported that global search is missing some records. We are working to identify the root cause of this issue.

Workaround:
Search within list views is working fine. For example, if you are looking for a contact by email address or name or any field, you can still do it from the Contacts > All list.
