This update has issue fixes.
Key enhancements:
1. Control any actions on records and reduce clutter with Closed states.
2. Manage your CRM storage capacity using Storage Guard.
3. Access CRM data on Vtiger 360 even when you are not connected to the internet.
4. During Import - Merge operation, data rows having blank values in any of the duplicate matching fields are not merged.
New Features:
1. Closed States
As the number of records grow, you may feel the need for hiding records that are no longer active. Closed States feature enables you to mark states that should be considered as Closed. In addition to being useful when transferring records, Closed States comes in handy for several uses such as Least loaded assignment.
2. Storage Guard
Storage Guard daily monitors your data stored in the CRM and deletes old data as per deletion policy configured by the instance administrator.
Usability areas:
1. Enriched and user friendly Settings landing page.
2. In Internal chat, search for users and group conversations from search bar.
3. To enhance the readability, multi-select picklist values in list view search is changed to checkbox selection.
Service Impact : None. Service will be available during this update, without any disruption.
Time : Servers in different regions will be updated at different times, as noted above.
