Key enhancements:
Link related record to the parent record created via webforms.
For eg., An existing contact creates a Case via webform, this case is attached to the related contact in the CRM.
Usabilities:
- Click on Chat from Touchpoints redirects to detail view of the record.
- View only the users belonging to the group under dropdown in inbox.
- Idle indicator is dissolved for cases in Resolved state.
- "Messenger and notification sounds changed".
Service Impact : None. Service will be available during this update, without any disruption.
Time : Servers in different regions will be updated at different times, as noted above.
