we're working with our service provider in investigating network connectivity issues for a server in Europe Frankfurt Region. we can see that the situation is recovering.

The issue has now been resolved and CRM is operational as expected.

Updates:

1. On replying to an email from group mailbox/email tab, you can now see users who are typing a reply to the same email.
2. Before importing users, please ensure the password obeys the Vtiger password policy.
3. You can now see email campaigns’ sent time under related List and Campaigns tab.
4. Documents links are not added in emails after you have used all the allowed sharing credits.

Enhancements:

• You can now insert ‘Appointment Link’ directly from a compose email window.

Security:

• There's an added layer of security that prevents unauthorized inspection of documents.

Bug Fixes:

• In cases summary view, you can now see action buttons at the bottom.

Usability:

• On hiding/deleting a field, you can now see the associated module and list names in the warning pop-up.
