Maintenance:

We want to make you aware that we will be performing system maintenance activities on subset of US region servers this Sunday (06/10/19) from 5:30 AM UTC to 6:00 AM UTC. .

Vtiger CRM service will not be accessible during this time window, and all background operations scheduled during this time frame will be paused.

Monitoring - We’ve addressed the issue that was causing CRM search to fail. We’re monitoring the service to ensure that it continues to function as expected.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue where CRM search is not showing any search results. We’re working on a solution and will keep you updated.

Email Campaign Bounces reporting service: On Sunday, 22nd September 2019 5:30 AM GMT, Vtiger Email Campaigns bounce reporting service will undergo scheduled maintenance for a disk upgrade. We anticipate this planned maintenance will take up to 4 hours to complete.

Affected services: During this maintenance window, You can still send Email Campaigns without any issues, only the Email Campaigns bounce reporting service is unavailable, and it will be resumed immediately after the maintenance window.
