Vtiger Mailroom service Maintenance: On Sunday, March 08th, 2026, at 04:30 AM GMT, Vtiger Mailroom service will undergo scheduled maintenance for migration. We anticipate this planned maintenance will take between 4 hours to complete.

Affected services: Vtiger mailroom service will not be accessible, and all background operations scheduled during this time frame will be paused. All operations related to the Mailroom service will resume immediately after the maintenance window ends.

Maintenance - Software Update 7.20.8.1

Enhancements:

  1. Admins can now send a Record_ID of a parent record to send in webhook Request.
  2. For One Enterprise plan, we have increased the limits of the Multipath Workflow from 10 to 15.
  3. You can now easily access the Events module from the main menu in Vtiger 360 mobile app.
