Scheduled: Few existing CRM instances signed up from the UK region will undergo scheduled maintenance and will be moved to a server in United Kingdom(UK) region for faster page load times.


To minimize disruption, This maintenance will be started during this weekend Sunday, 11 July 2021 at 04:00 GMT, and continue until 11:00 UTC (7 hours).


While this maintenance is in progress, All background operations scheduled on your CRM will be paused and you will not be able to access your CRM for 30-60 minutes.. All services are expected to be back to normal and all operations will resume immediately after this maintenance is complete.

Vtiger Mailroom service Maintenance: On Sunday, June 27th, 2021 at 04:30 AM GMT, Vtiger SG Mailroom service will undergo scheduled maintenance for the disk upgrade. We anticipate this planned maintenance will take between 6 hours to complete.

Affected services: During this maintenance window, Vtiger mailroom service will not be accessible and all background operations scheduled during this time frame will be paused. All operations related to the Mailroom service will resume immediately after the end of the maintenance window.
