Maintenance - Software update 7.15.12
  • Default 'All' filter columns can now be configured by Admins
  • You can now send targeted campaigns by segmenting lists based on users who did not engage with the previous campaigns.
  • Domain field added in Organization record to help match incoming emails to Organizations. Cases created from emails are marched automatically with Organizations. Multiple domains for a company is also supported.
  • Admins can now configure personalized lists and share with users. For example, Cases assigned to me, My Group Cases, My team Opportunities
  • Reference Fields in Webforms can be used to link web data to an existing record in Vtiger
  • Recycle Bin now shows deleted time and who deleted it.
  • User can set only one alert for SLA violations (earlier, 2 alerts were mandatory)
  • Export Report in PDF format.
  • Email templates will now display dates in the user's preferred date format.

    Impact: Service will continue to be available through out the maintenance window.
