We will be upgrading our email campaign servers this Sunday between 5:30 AM GMT 1:30 PM GMT. Our email campaigns service will be unavailable during this upgrade. Any email campaigns sent or scheduled to be sent during this time. Please reschedule the campaigns to outside this maintenance window.

This maintenance is required to improve the availability of the service and increase the capacity of servers.

• Kanban visual board is available to track your Opportunities stage wise and focus better on the open Opportunities.
• Web forms allow file attachments which are linked to the Contact record in Vtiger on submission.
• Administrator can set the primary group of a user. This group is automatically picked when a new case is assigned to the user.
• Track which email templates are doing well by viewing the Stats (Sent Vs number of Clicks, number of Opens) by Email template.
• Alphanumeric FROM number support added for Twilio SMS.
• Vtiger integration with Telzio telephony provider.
• Administrator can suspend a user and transfer his records later to another user.
• Compose email now shows suggestions for CC and BCC field.
