Resolved - Few instances are experiencing issue with a record save button being disabled . This issue is resolved now, If you are still experiencing any issues please clear your browser cache.

• Desktop Notification shows up Record name, and record data(record name/comment) with on click action.
• Contact awaiting response indicator in Inbox.
• View all the violated and escalated cases in Support Insights.
• Ability to disable notifications on group records.
• Next and Prev navigation in conversation detail view.
• Admin can now set Inactive Session timeout for all users.
• Me and My Reportee options available for Created by and Last Modified By fields in all modules
• DMARC check to authenticate emails and avoid emails from Vtiger server going to Spam folders.

• User affirmation for deleting a record from Recycle bin, Import - Overwrite/Merge and Layout Editor.
