This update includes usability,feature enhancements and bug fixes.
Key features:
1. Set reminders on Inbox and Email Conversation to follow up on an email with just one click.
2. Mark the email as done while replying from Inbox and related email. Email is moved to Done folder and reopened on a reply or reminder.
3. Daily digest email includes any email not replied by mailbox user. It includes any Contact emails awaiting for a response and any email reminder overdue.
4. Dependent picklist in Inventory line items to support product hierarchy.
- a. Reference field search pop-up in any module populates picklist dependent values in search columns.
- b. Line item product pop-up retains the selected dependent picklist values in product search columns.
5. Sales Stages not adhering to picklist dependency bug is resolved.
6. Permalink option to copy the direct link of each comment in an conversation to highlight the comment.
7. @mentioned users can view attached files and also send email with attached file via notified email with 5 MB as maximum size limit.
8. Followers of the record can attach file and reply to the comment via notified email.
9. Option to view email failure reason in detailed email report.
10. Send Email and create a Case in one action.
11. Suspended and closed account users are redirected to Billing page.

c. Limits on sending emails
- Compose email TO field is restricted to have only 1 email address.
- Limit on number of recipients while sending emails from Listview - Mass edit is restricted to 10.
d. Daily limits on transaction emails on using Vtiger Outgoing Server.
- Free trial - 50 emails per instance(all users) per day.
- Free Edition - 50 emails user/day.
- Sales and Support Starter(after first payment) - 300 emails user/day.
- Exclusive, Premium and Ultimate Edition(after first payment) - 500 emails user/day.
Usability:
All the comments are shown in 1-level view with the latest comment on top of the Comments widget.
Service Impact : None. Service will be available during this update, without any disruption.
