Key enhancements:
1. Option to view Forecast by weighted revenue in addition to Opportunity Amount.
- Opportunity Amount - Forecast page continues to behave as-is with Adjusted Amounts rolled up.
- Weighted Amount - Forecast page rolls up Weighted revenue amounts of individual opportunities.
2. Users can now reopen the closed records through Web Services API.
3. Retrieve and Query Web Services API have been enhanced to support tags., only accessible tags for the user will be returned.
4. Storage space per user in Exclusive Edition is increased to 500MB.
Usability:
1. Progress notification is displayed to user while a value look up is in progress.
2. Record assignment notification message to a user includes link to related record.
3. Email Compose window doesn’t appear if Email Opt Out option is enabled for a Contact or Lead.
Service Impact : None. Service will be available during this update, without any disruption.
Time : Servers in different regions will be updated at different times, as noted above.
