Maintenance - Software update 7.17.6.2



Key enhancements:

Link related record to the parent record created via webforms.
For eg., An existing contact creates a Case via webform, this case is attached to the related contact in the CRM.

Usabilities:

  1. Click on Chat from Touchpoints redirects to detail view of the record.
  2. View only the users belonging to the group under dropdown in inbox.
  3. Idle indicator is dissolved for cases in Resolved state.
  4. "Messenger and notification sounds changed".

Service Impact : None. Service will be available during this update, without any disruption.
