Maintenance - Software update 7.17.9.1

Key enhancements:

  1. Eliminate manual approvals and increase efficiency by automating your business process using Vtiger Approvals.
  2. Use the right sales pipeline based on the Opportunity type and close more opportunities using Multiple sales pipeline.
  3. Internal interactions are available even on closed Cases.
  4. Duplicate rules are now applied even during Import action.
  5. Workflows run in instance owner context, even if record owner doesn't have write permissions.
  6. Allow Contacts access records in customer self-service portal based on Organization hierarchy.

Usability:

  1. Identify your lists shared with other users.
  2. Serial number added to items in line item block to indicate the item number.
  3. Email Campaign accounts with suspended status cannot send email campaigns.
  4. Folder block is not available in Document module’s list view.
  5. Event Status and Task Status fields are available as two separate fields in calendar reports.
  6. Download link-level email campaign report of unique clicks to follow up with the customers.
