Key features:
- Optimize workflows with Multi-path Workflows. Configure different workflow actions based on the anchor field value of the record.
Key enhancements:
- Following reports are added to the Activity reports folder to track user activity.
- Login History Report-Tracks login history of the users.
- Last Login Report-Tracks last login details of the users in the descending order of the login time.
- User Activity Summary Report-Tracks user activities such as the number of emails sent, meetings held, record updates, etc.
- Approvals enhancements
- For approvers:
- Approvers get notified via Notification Center when a submitter requests for approval.
- ‘Related module’ of a record waiting for approval is available in Approvals list.
- For submitters:
- PDF document of a record waiting for approval is embedded with ‘Not approved’ watermark.
- Export as a PDF document action is not available for records waiting for approval .
- Imported records matching the existing approval process, is set to ‘Not Submitted’ status. Actions are restricted on a record in this status.
- Comments on records waiting for approval is not available in customer self-service portal.

- Option to include all profiles in a rule
- Approval process updates
- Record that do not meet any process entry criteria is set to “Not applicable” status.
- On replying to a case created via mailroom, all the other 'TO' email addresses are captured as CC.
- Option to merge Esign tabs such as mandatory signature, initials, etc., in Print template.
- User preference is remembered to avoid repeated confirmation pop-ups before a record save.
- Admins are warned when they try to mark a field(used in existing workflow, lists, mailroom action, webforms) as mandatory or disable it.
Service Impact : None. Service will be available during this update, without any disruption.
