- Inbox enhancements:
- Separate conversations are created for each mailbox, to perform all email actions independently.
For example, consider an email arriving at both Sales and Support mailboxes. This email can be marked as done in Sales mailbox; the same email can be viewed in the Open folder of Support mailbox.
- Non-owners of a shared conversation can perform actions such as mark as done/read/unread if they are not part of owner's mailbox.
For example, John of Marketing can mark a thread as done even though it is owned by Mark of Sales.
- Admin can set up alternative email addresses for a Mailbox and emails coming to these alternate addresses are also added to the Mailbox.
- By default, only logged in user’s reminders are shown in open folder with an option to view other mailbox reminders.
- When a customer replies to a conversation having a reminder, the conversation is moved to open state and related reminders are cancelled.
- Option to print email conversation from a Mailbox.
- Open conversation shared across multiple mailboxes in the recently modified mailbox.
- Picklist dependency configured in the CRM is adhered even for records created via customer self-service portal.
- Dependency field pop-up highlights the target field even if it is not mandatory.
- In user login history, a new status - continuing is automatically added, if a user continues the login session from the previous day.
- New Web Service API - ‘get_account_hierarchy’ is introduced to fetch Organization hierarchy.
Service Impact : None. Service will be available during this update, without any disruption.
