In this release we have resolved a large number of bugs.
New Features:
- Work order Management.

Enhancements:
- Forecast and Quota views are enhanced to improve readability and navigate easily.
- Enable ignore blank values checkbox in Duplicate Prevention to ignore blank values during duplicate check.
- Option to trigger a Scheduled Multi-path workflow to run at a specified frequency depending on an anchor field.
Note: Scheduled Multi-path workflow is considered as a Standard Scheduled Workflow and it doesn’t affect current limits.
- Admins can now add custom fields, relationships and dynamic fields for Employees module from Module Layouts and fields.
- Reply to name under ‘Reply to address for ad-hoc emails’ information in Outgoing emails is renamed to From name to maintain security.
- Filter Opportunities by Pipeline in Sales Funnel widget and view them according to the sales stage order.
- Filter Sales Insights by date retains the last selected range for the session.
- Option to increase maximum number of characters of a field in Module Layouts and Fields.
Note: You cannot decrease the existing max character count.
- Unmapped fields of any record created via workflow, webforms or integration grab the default value configured in the Module Layout and Fields.
- White labeling in Configuration editor handles displaying of “Powered by Vtiger” footer in the document viewer.
- Apply colors to the watermarks in Print Templates.
Usability:
- Attach files from CRM or your computer while adding or replying to a comment or an email.
- Reply, edit, and permalink options are now available in the comments of Cases and Internal tickets.
- CC Email position in internal tickets and cases is changed.
Impact: None, Service will be available during this update, without any disruption.
