Maintenance - Software update 7.18.4.1

In this release we have resolved a large number of bugs.


New Features:
  1. Send messages using a new SMS Provider - ZoomConnect.

Enhancements:

  1. Sync Inventory Asset Account, Sales Account, and Purchase Account of a product or a service from Xero to Vtiger.
  2. Deny non-admin users from assigning records to groups using Vtiger Roles.
  3. When no SLA is chosen for a case, the SLA Time Remaining metric displays No SLA selected.
  4. Webservices - Describe API now displays the length of a field
  5. Email notifications show more meaningful preview text in Email clients.

Usability:

  1. Added a hyperlink to open related Email Campaigns of a contact or an organization in a new tab.
  2. All Open Cases and My Open Cases list filters are renamed to All Outstanding Cases and My Outstanding Cases respectively.
  3. Twelve more fonts added to the Print Templates.
Impact: None, Service will be available during this update, without any disruption.

Maintenance - Software update 7.18.3.1

In this release we have resolved a large number of bugs.


New Features:

  1. Work order Management.
    2. Empower your field services team to manage repairs, maintenance or other services efficiently with Work Order.
  2. Opportunity line item.
    3. Manage revenue line items bundled in an opportunity with Opportunity line items feature.
  3. Implementation Wizard.
    4. Learn, view, and implement the CRM to track the progress of you and your users.

Enhancements:

  1. Forecast and Quota views are enhanced to improve readability and navigate easily.
  2. Enable ignore blank values checkbox in Duplicate Prevention to ignore blank values during duplicate check.
  3. Option to trigger a Scheduled Multi-path workflow to run at a specified frequency depending on an anchor field.
    Note: Scheduled Multi-path workflow is considered as a Standard Scheduled Workflow and it doesn’t affect current limits.
  4. Admins can now add custom fields, relationships and dynamic fields for Employees module from Module Layouts and fields.
  5. Reply to name under ‘Reply to address for ad-hoc emails’ information in Outgoing emails is renamed to From name to maintain security.
  6. Filter Opportunities by Pipeline in Sales Funnel widget and view them according to the sales stage order.
  7. Filter Sales Insights by date retains the last selected range for the session.
  8. Option to increase maximum number of characters of a field in Module Layouts and Fields.
    Note: You cannot decrease the existing max character count.
  9. Unmapped fields of any record created via workflow, webforms or integration grab the default value configured in the Module Layout and Fields.
  10. White labeling in Configuration editor handles displaying of “Powered by Vtiger” footer in the document viewer.
  11. Apply colors to the watermarks in Print Templates.

Usability:

  1. Attach files from CRM or your computer while adding or replying to a comment or an email.
  2. Reply, edit, and permalink options are now available in the comments of Cases and Internal tickets.
  3. CC Email position in internal tickets and cases is changed.
Impact: None, Service will be available during this update, without any disruption.
