1. SMS Campaign.

SMS Campaigns is a form of marketing channel which allows you to send out promotional or updates message to your contact.

Enhancements:

1. Encrypted/Sensitive fields are now bundled with the Vtiger Privacy shield add-on.
2. Consent values are now renamed as follows:
1. BLANK = Not Applicable (Not Applicable).
2. Not requested = Applicable (i.e., Applicable but not yet requested).
3. Requested = Waiting (Request sent to Contact).
4. No, No Preference = Not Granted (Contact reviewed and submitted preferences but did not grant).
5. Yes = Granted.
3. Webform enhancements:
1. Related(contact's) Email Opt-in field is added to non-person webforms on including Primary email.
2. You can now create web forms for custom modules.
4. Filter Kanban cards and view them based on ‘Assigned to’ users.
5. Now, DKIM record is generated to validate Vtiger server for your domain.
6. Introducing new widget named - Duplicate to view all the duplicate records associated with a Contact. You can merge these duplicate records and eliminate them from the system.
7. Autosave of comments and reply emails is now available in Cases and Internal Tickets.
8. Quickbooks enhancements:
1. Map Quickbooks custom fields to Vtiger.
2. Ability to sync Vtiger Purchase Order to Quickbooks and vice versa.

Usability:

1. Option to group detailed and pivot reports by “Start date and time” field.
2. Now you can send appointment page links via ad-hoc emails to customers.
3. Option to quick view or open a record in a new tab from Vtiger Buzz.
