Maintenance - Software Update 7.18.10.1

New Features:

  1. Vtiger add-in for Outlook

  3. Vtiger Surveys
  4. Create online surveys & polls within Vtiger and start collecting data on customer satisfaction, opinions on new updates, etc., in real-time.

Enhancements:

  1. You can now map a lookup field’s duplicate handling fields in the mailroom’s body rule.
  2. Admins can now set up the methods of duplicate data handling in webform.
  3. While creating or editing an email campaign, you now have an option to preview the campaign.
  4. Settings log now tracks the IP address of the user’s system.
  5. Option to import records with ‘Assigned to’ field in ‘first name, last name’ format.
  6. Archive email action in mailroom is enhanced to link emails to contact’s open opportunity.
  7. You can now add a comment or set a reminder to a record directly from the list view.
  8. Warning messages to the admins are shown on following actions
    1. Disabling a module when it has a mandatory relationship with other modules.
    2. Marking a field mandatory if any profile has read-only permission.

Usability:

  1. Dashboard enhancements
    1. To view more dashboards, click on (...) icon.
    2. Add Dashboard button is added to create custom dashboards.
  2. You can now search values for reference fields from related tabs.
  3. Email Campaigns status changes to ‘Cancelled’ when the recipients in marketing list have chosen email opted-out.

On Sunday, 30 September 2018 at 06:00 AM UTC, our Operations team will be performing an infrastructure upgrade to enhance performance and capacity of our CRM servers in Asia Pacific(Tokyo,Sydney,Mumbai), Europe(Ireland,Frankfurt) and US-East(N.Virginia) regions.We expect this planned maintenance to take 3 hours to complete.

Affected services: During the maintenance period, access to Vtiger CRM will be unavailable.

Resolved:

Issue resolved by forcefully clearing the vtiger website cache at 08:05 GMT. Vtiger Login is functioning normally.

If issue still exist please do hard refresh or clear cache in your browser
