Maintenance - Software Update 7.18.11.1

New Editions:

  1. New Sales Enterprise edition in Sales product stack.

  2. Ultimate edition is renamed to Vtiger one professional.

  3. New Vtiger one enterprise edition in Vtiger one product line.

  4. New Features:

    1. Light User Roles
    2. Create users with new types - Single App, Light Agent.

    3. Co-owners
    4. Assign co-owners to a record to allow record access to multiple owners and their supervisors based on role hierarchy

    5. 2-way sync between Vtiger and IMAP providers
    6. 2-way sync between Vtiger and IMAP providers lets you access all your emails in Vtiger without opening the email client.

    Enhancements:

    1. Mentions and Activity Reminders moved to user-level Notification Preferences.
    2. Appointment’s reminder email to the Contact is now sent from the event owner’s email address.
    3. In addition to Google, a user can log in via LinkedIn, Office365, Facebook, and Twitter IdP SSO.
    4. You can now schedule a report to all admins.
    5. Option to convert to HelpDesk free edition from a paid helpdesk plan is available.
    6. Admins can now view the Roles linked to a Profile on the profile set up page.
    7. Tags are available as conditions in Marketing lists, Module lists and Reports.
    8. You can configure ‘Reply to’ email address in an Email Campaign.
    9. OData API is enhanced to retrieve module specific information.
    10. Option to copy terms and conditions clause to the new record generated from the base inventory record.
    11. EX: For example, Quote terms and conditions can be copied onto the new invoice generated from a quote record.

    Usability:

    1. List View is now available for Roles in addition to the tree view.
    2. Workflow & Approval Send Email action gets cancelled if the from and reply-to email addresses are not verified.
    3. Case interactions is available in preview mode.
    4. Login Here link in Customer Portal Login details email can be renamed from Layouts Editor.
    5. Customer name field in Assets module is renamed to Organization name.
