Maintenance - Software Update 7.19.2.1

New Features:

  1. Time Tracker is now available for Internal Tickets to track the amount of time spent on resolving a ticket.

Enhancements:

  1. Correction to received and balance amounts in invoice calculation: .
    1. If the invoice and payment currencies are same, no conversion rate is applied to the amount received on the invoice.
    2. If the invoice and payment currencies are different, the conversion rate used during the payment creation is applied to the amount received on the invoice.
    3. If the invoice and payment currencies are different, the conversion rate used during the payment creation is applied to the amount deducted from the invoice.
  2. The filename of the exported data is updated to the following format module-name_current-date_current-time.
  3. You can now cancel the Esign document that is sent to the customer if you feel that the document needs modification or a false document has been sent..
  4. Administrators can now control the user access to the Email Templates module from Roles or Profile settings.

    2. Administrators can now decide the trigger order of workflows and actions. Just rearrange the Workflows in a module and reorder the actions of a Workflow using drag and drop action.
    3. In Send Email action, you can now insert email addresses of related module record’s owner in TO/CC/BCC fields. E.g., Create a workflow for the Organization module and add Send Email action with the email address of the related Contact’s owner entered in TO/CC/BCC fields .
  7. Enable buzz channel in Smart Notification Settings to receive an update when a Dashboard or a List is shared with you
  8. Employee Portal is now compatible with Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome browsers.

API Enhancements

    New Webservices API - vtws_me is introduced to retrieve necessary information and preferences of a user.

Usability

  1. You can now insert an Appointment Link in an email that's triggered by a send email action in a workflow and approval processes.
  2. Hover over the list name to see the list owners.
