New Features:
- Contact Hierarchy
The sales team can now view the reporting hierarchy of a contact using Contact Hierarchy action in Contacts module.
Enhancements:
- Workflow - Create Task and Create Event actions now support an option to set up the dates(due date/start date/end date) based on business days.
- On creating an Opportunity from a Contact or Organization record, you can now copy the related products and services to the Opportunity Line Item block.
- New reports - Overall Activity Report and Activity Trends Report are available as default to view users’ logins and their activities.
- You can now view the subscribers and unsubscribers details in the Marketing List by clicking on the count.
- Kanban view of inventory records now shows the total amount by status.
- During user suspension/termination, admins can transfer ownership of specific modules.
Usability:
- Role Type is renamed to License Type.
- You can now filter the Scheduled Reports based on the frequency.
- When the preferred language is not English, admins can now view the labels in the English language in Label Editor.
