    Maintenance - Software Update 7.19.8.2

    Enhancements:
    1. You can now receive inbound SMS with the Twilio integration.
    2. For the Cases created via Mailroom,if there's a mismatch between the Contact's from email address and its Primary email then on reply action,the CRM includes the from email address as CC.
    3. You can now downgrade your plan to a free plan.
    4. Salespersons can now see the Sales Insights based on the financial years/quarters.
    5. Admin now has an option to assign the picklist values to the Roles and their Subordinates.

    Network Connectivity Issues in Japan Region

    We're working with our service provider in investigating network connectivity issues for a server in Japan Region, and we have not recevied an update from our service provider about the timeline.
