Vtiger Chat service Maintenance: On Sunday, January 24th, 2021 at 05:30 AM GMT, Vtiger Chat service will undergo scheduled maintenance for migration. We anticipate this planned maintenance will take between 2 hours to complete.

Affected services: During this maintenance window, Vtiger Chat service will not be accessible and all background operations scheduled during this time frame will be paused. All operations related to the Chat service will resume immediately after the end of the maintenance window.

One of the app responsible to handle DNS service requests encountered some errors and was auto resolved by the restart, the service is stable now and monitored for issues.

Our engineers are working on to find the root cause and how to prevent it in future.
