DNS server got busy in responding incoming traffic

One of the app responsible to handle DNS service requests encountered some errors and was auto resolved by the restart, the service is stable now and monitored for issues.

Our engineers are working on to find the root cause and how to prevent it in future.

We want to make you aware that we will be performing system maintenance activities on subset of Europe Frankfurt region servers this Sunday (30/05/2021) from 3:30 AM UTC to 10:30 AM UTC.

Within this 7-hour window, Your CRM service will not be accessible for a 30-60 minute span during which work will be done on your instance. Any workflows and reports scheduled during the 30-60 minute span will not run. All operations will resume immediately after maintenance is completed on your instance.
