Due to this issue, CRM access in US region is partially affected from 15:42 pm UTC.
We continue to work to minimize the impact on our customers while AWS outage persists. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We have received an alert from our cloud infrastructure provider AWS about an ongoing outage with its storage services in US region (dashboard).
While no Vtiger services are affected at this moment, Our team continue to monitor this incident.
