On Sunday, 23 September 2018 at 06:00 AM UTC, our Operations team will be performing an infrastructure upgrade to enhance performance and capacity of CRM servers in Singapore region. We expect this maintenance to take one hour to complete.

Affected services: During the maintenance period, access to Vtiger CRM in Singapore region will be unavailable.

Maintenance - Software update 7.18.9.1


Enhancements:

  1. Parent-child relationship adheres during a field lookup search in a record to show only relevant record in the search.
  2. Added support to access Quota table from Webservices API and Power BI using OData.
  3. Customer Portal enhancements
    1. You can now set up a time-based greeting for the portal home page.
    2. Enable ‘Account Representatives Widget’ to let your customers view their account’s representatives details in the Portal.
  4. You can now set up the number of ‘User active sessions’ in the Authentication page.
    The maximum number of active sessions across all devices is 10.
  5. You can now filter the record updates by users and system in a record.
  6. Option to synchronise received payments between Vtiger, Xero, and Quickbooks is now available.
  7. You can now set up an autoresponder email campaign that triggers based on date, time and frequency.
    Example, you can trigger follow up autoresponder campaign 1 hour after a contact clicks on a specific link.
  8. Supported inclusion of DocuSign's custom fields in a Print Template using ‘Esign tabs and custom fields’ block.
  9. When you click on Send email with PDF option from Purchase Order the related vendor’s address is automatically captured in the ‘TO’ field.
  10. Chart report can be clicked through to view all the related data rows.
  11. On triggering a call via Asterisk provider, the record ID is sent to the provider.
  12. You can now include ‘Comment’s Source’ as a row or a column in Reports.
  13. All active admins are notified when a webhook fails.
  14. ‘Summary View’ is added to the following modules.
    1. Products
    2. Services
    3. Vendors
    4. Assets
    5. FAQ

Bug Fixes:
  1. Reports with current month filter adhere to the user preferred timezone.


Usability:

  1. Enable ‘Authorize.net’ gateway to have ‘Autopay’ mode of subscription.
  2. The UI of the Roles settings page is enhanced to have a more user-friendly experience.
  3. The ‘All modules’ block in Notification Center settings is renamed to ‘Common Alerts’.

Maintenance - Software update 7.18.6.2

Features:

  1. Email Verification
  2. Email verification is a service that helps you to clean up your email list by validating email addresses.
    Vtiger lets you verify all the email addresses you add to avoid emails getting spammed.

    Note: Please ensure you verify all the email addresses by July 15, 2018.

Updates:

  1. We do not insert consent preference link when users are included as "CC" or/and "BCC" in an ad-hoc email.
  2. We restrict admins from accessing confidential emails in the Mailroom to maintain privacy.
  3. The status field in Lead, Contact and Project Task is changed to metric-picklist type. You can now track the amount of time a record spent in each status stage.
  4. Tax fields for new roles and profiles now default to read-only to prevent unauthorized changes.
  5. Your contacts can now view preferences page, appointment page, customer portal and email campaigns in their prefered language.

Enhancements:

  1. While creating marketing list, you can now acknowledge that you have permission to send marketing SMS to the current list.
  2. You can now export the email template report to a CSV file and analyse its performance.
  3. You can now restrict users from creating list filters by disabling create list tool privilege in roles and profiles.
  4. Protect your CRM data from unauthorized access by setting up a secure password.
  5. You can view opportunities assigned to inactive users in Forecast module.
  6. View closed opportunities in Dashboard’s Sales Funnel and analyse the closure rate in the desired period.

Usability:

  1. Kanban view Enhancements
    1. New look to Kanban cards to improve readability. Create events or add data right from the kanban view.
    2. You can add closed won and closed lost stages as columns in Kanban view.
  2. You can now preview your profile picture on uploading.
