Maintenance - Software update 7.16.6

This update includes bug fixes.

Key Fixes

  • The mails sent from the Projects are not getting attached to the related Contact and Organization.
  • Events custom fields are not showing in report.
  • In Cases Module, the Group should not be a link for a non-admin user.
  • A click on global search icon doesn't work and the mouse pointer doesn't change it to hand pointer.
  • 'Click here to manage List columns' does not show up custom fields to be selected.
  • Import does not get in data for fields that are not mapped in Saved Mapping.
  • Checkbox values are showing value as empty when value is 'No'.


Impact: None, Service will be available during this update, without any disruption.

Service disruption in Australian region

Fixed - This issue is fixed now, and service is now available back for the disrupted nodes.

Vtiger.com unaccessible to some of the Asia-Pacific Customers.

Service update - Around 03:30 GMT Vtiger was unreachable to some of the customers in Asia-Pacific region. This issue occurred because of the Godaddy DNS issue which they confirmed via their twitter handle GoDaddyHelp.
