Subset of Japan customers Mails sent via default outgoing mail server experiencing delays.

Actions to Prevent Future Incidents:

Vtiger Operations Team made the improvements to the monitoring system to identify the mail delays more resilient against this type of delay in the future.

Fixed:

We have Identified and resolved the issue which is causing delay in sending emails .So there shouldn't be any delay in sending emails from now.

Maintenance: - Software update 7.16.9

Key Features:

  • Opportunity detail view is enhanced to provide a visual sales stage progression bar with time spent on each stage.
  • All system emails sent from Vtiger will be sent as , via Vtiger mail servers irrespective of outgoing email server configured in Vtiger for better diagnosis by support team.
  • Users can now send any related Quotes/Invoices/Service contracts/ .. other related module for signing using predefined Vtiger print template to the Esign recipient.
  • An Email record is created for Scheduled Report/Scheduled Import/Calendar Reminder and available as a report.
  • Configure your SMPP server details in SMS Notifier to support various SMS providers.
  • Auto retry any failed emails from Workflow or any background process.
  • Vtiger provides an option to "Add Product" & "Add Service" after each line item section(Quotes /Sales Order / Purchase Order / Invoices).



Impact: None, Service will be available during this update, without any disruption.
