This update includes bug fixes.
Key Fixes:
- Create an appointment page and send the meeting page invite link to your customers to set up a meeting based on the agent’s availability.
- Sales Insights enhanced to provide additional filters for viewing charts. Sales velocity widget added on dashboard and Loss reason analysis added to Sales results.
- Assign a Business Hours for each user on user creation in My Preference. A default Business Hours value is added to the existing users with default option set to 9 to 6 pm based on user location.
- Send a Feedback Survey via email to your clients and view their rating and satisfaction state on successful Case Resolution.
- Milestone added to Gantt chart view.
Impact: None, Service will be available during this update, without any disruption.
Time: Servers in different regions will be updated at different times, as noted above.
