On January 01st 2017 at 06:00 AM GMT, we will be upgrading the infrastructure to improve CRM performance. We anticipate this planned maintenance will take between 2 and 3 hours to perform.

This upgrade will enhance the performance and capacity of the servers. During this maintenance window, Vtiger CRM service will not be accessible and all background operations scheduled during this time frame will be paused. All operations related to the service will resume immediately after the maintenance window ends.

This upgrade is only meant for subset of US-East region servers.

• Option to pre fill all line items selling price with the selected Pricebook.
• On notifying a user via Inbox, the mentioned user can open the conversation from Notification center if the user is part of the mailbox. If a conversation is linked to multiple mailboxes, then the user is prompted to choose the respective mailbox.
• Vtiger Currencies now supports Bitcoin currency
• Duplicate check feature supports check on any of the fields configured.(OR logic)
• Next Billing Date of Subscription module is updated automatically when the Start Date is changed via Quick Edit.
• Users can view the when the Credit Card details was added or updated in the Billing module.
• During Lead Conversion, if Contact already exists with same field values you can either link the Lead or create a new Contact record.
• “View in browser link” is now supported by direct email sent from Contacts/Leads/Organization
