Update
We will be deploying a major update to the infrastructure that handles email campaigns sent from Vtiger CRM. This update aims to drastically improve the sending speed and delivery awareness of email campaigns and auto-responders sent from Vtiger.
While we expect the impact of this update to be minimal, during the maintenance window (05:30 AM UTC to 11:30 AM UTC) you may be temporarily unable to send email campaigns from Vtiger.
Changes required from CRM users
Update the SPF record of your domain to
v=spf1 include:ca.vtiger.email include:vtigermails.com include:mail.od1.vtiger.com ~all
Add a sender ID record of your domain to
v=spf2.0/pra include:ca.vtiger.email include:vtigermails.com ~all
