Key Enhancements:

• Relate records to Closed records When a record is marked as closed state, there is no option to edit and relate any record to a closed record. If an Admin wants to allow linking of records to a closed state record and allow searching of a closed record then it is possible via this setting. “Settings > Module Management > Module Layout & Fields > Select Module > Closed States > Allow linking to Closed Records”
• Option to reorder line items table columns and line item block in Quote/Invoice/PO/SO layout Admin can rearrange the line Item block position in Quote, Invoice, Sales Order, Purchase Order and Subscription layout. Option to reorder the line item columns that appears inside Quote and other Inventory module is also available.
• Show field or block always and conditionally set as mandatory in record view. For example, Show Mobile phone always but if Mode of Contact = Phone, set Mobile Phone field as mandatory. If Mode of Contact = Email, show Mobile Phone (but not mandatory).
• View comments added to a conversation in Inbox also in linked records Comments tab. To view the Conversation comments in Comment Widget or tab in a linked record, you have to enable the Roll up switch.
• All the Contact’s related records (Opportunities, Purchase order, Payments, PhoneCalls, Subscription, Esign, Olark) are rolled up to the Contact’s parent Organization record.
• User can view all the groups he belongs to in My preferences page
• Record reopen and closed actions are added to update log of the record.

Usability

• URL appear as hyperlinks in text area fields
• Months in chart type of reports display as per user data preferences.
• Event date is shown in the event acceptance template
• Option to show more or less text in large text area fields
• Tax Region is hidden for non-admin users in Inventory if regions are not configured.

Impact: None, Service will be available during this update, without any disruption.

Investigating - Currently Global Search is not working for US region customers, we are investigating the issue and will keep you updated regarding the progress.

Key enhancements:

1. Option to view Forecast by weighted revenue in addition to Opportunity Amount.

• Opportunity Amount - Forecast page continues to behave as-is with Adjusted Amounts rolled up.
• Weighted Amount - Forecast page rolls up Weighted revenue amounts of individual opportunities.

2. Users can now reopen the closed records through Web Services API.

3. Retrieve and Query Web Services API have been enhanced to support tags., only accessible tags for the user will be returned.

4. Storage space per user in Exclusive Edition is increased to 500MB.

Usability:

1. Progress notification is displayed to user while a value look up is in progress.

2. Record assignment notification message to a user includes link to related record.

3. Email Compose window doesn’t appear if Email Opt Out option is enabled for a Contact or Lead.

Service Impact : None. Service will be available during this update, without any disruption.

Time : Servers in different regions will be updated at different times, as noted above.
