Maintenance - Software update 7.17.5.2

Key enhancements:

  1. Enhancement in Xero sync

    a. Vtiger Contact Type and Vtiger Organization Type field values are being set based on the records associated with Xero contact. For example, if Xero Contact has both Invoice and Bills related to it, in Vtiger Contact Type and Organization Type are set to “Customer & Vendor” value. For more details, please refer to mapping table.

    b. Only Sales Invoice in Xero is synced with Vtiger Invoice. Bills were also being synced to Invoices. With this enhancement, only Sales Invoices are synced from Xero to Vtiger.

    c. Primary contact related to a Contact in Xero is retained even after sync process. The order of other contacts in Xero might change.

  2. Option to set up company wide font family and font size for all the emails sent from Vtiger.

  3. Option to set the record identifier of the referrer record in Workflow actions.
    For example: When a Service Contract is due for renewal, set up a Workflow to create a renewal Opportunity. Via Create Record action, set Organization value of the new Opportunity using Opportunity > Organization = Service Contract > Organization ID.

  4. Send Appointment Links right from your Contacts, Cases and Opportunity modules. Also, Contact details are auto-filled in appointment registration form.

  5. Update Actual Closed Date and Amount on Deal closure.

  6. In Inbox Compose window, a warning is shown if any of the email recipients has opted out from all emails.

  7. “No Content” message is displayed when the Email body content is blank.

Service Impact : None. Service will be available during this update, without any disruption.

Resolved - The issue is now resolved and Mailroom is working as expected.

Investigating - Subset of AUS customer were experiencing bounce issues with emails forwarded to mailrom. This issue was result of a disk exhaustion in one of the server.
