Key enhancements:
- Edit purchase cost in Inventory line items.
- Reschedule your activities in Notification Center with just one click.
- Add styles, images, and emoticons to your comments.
- View “Last Contacted on” and “Last Contacted Via” fields in the record view of Contacts, Opportunities and Organization modules.
- Quick create auto-populates related record information.
Eg, Quick create an Event from a Contact record auto-populates the Organization associated with the contact.
- SLA Information block in Cases is enhanced.
- Calendar view in Opportunities, Invoices, Quotes and Project Tasks shows records in status colors.
- Custom modules now support the Summary view with key fields, comments, and followers.
- Global search - New summary panel on left for quick navigation.
- Notification emails are sent as BCC to the users.
- Inbox enhancements.
- Group mailbox shows the count of the members.
- ‘Search by Owner’ filter shows the usernames along with their assigned counts.
- When a contact forwards an email to the Mailroom, the record gets created with primary email as the FROM address of the email envelope.

Usability:
- Default filters are retained in Task Management,even after a page refresh or close/reopen of a task.
- If you’re a Grammarly extension user, then areas that support RTE fields show a warning message to turn it off.
- Fields showing a record's closed state are automatically unhidden when closed states are enabled.
- "About Us" now includes a link to our Security statement.
- Auto complete search is limited to display only 20 records. To view all the match, add more characters to refine the search.
Impact: None, Service will be available during this update, without any disruption.
