Key enhancements:
- Get notified real time on any email opens, clicks, document views and reshares.
- New full-view Notification center opens in new tab, and includes email alerts.
- New filters added in Inbox to view unread or all conversations.
- Create a custom chart and/or pin them instantly to your dashboard.
- Customer Portal setting to set default view as All/Mine.
- Send SMS messages via SMS Country.
Usability:
- In Cases workflow’s update action, you can update the group field with the Assigned user’s Primary group.
Service Impact : None. Service will be available during this update, without any disruption.
Time : Servers in different regions will be updated at different times, as noted above.
