Maintenance - Software update 7.17.9.2

Key features:

  1. Optimize workflows with Multi-path Workflows. Configure different workflow actions based on the anchor field value of the record.

Key enhancements:

  1. Following reports are added to the Activity reports folder to track user activity.
    1. Login History Report-Tracks login history of the users.
    2. Last Login Report-Tracks last login details of the users in the descending order of the login time.
    3. User Activity Summary Report-Tracks user activities such as the number of emails sent, meetings held, record updates, etc.
  2. Approvals enhancements
    1. For approvers:
      • Approvers get notified via Notification Center when a submitter requests for approval.
      • ‘Related module’ of a record waiting for approval is available in Approvals list.
    2. For submitters:
      • PDF document of a record waiting for approval is embedded with ‘Not approved’ watermark.
      • Export as a PDF document action is not available for records waiting for approval .
      • Imported records matching the existing approval process, is set to ‘Not Submitted’ status. Actions are restricted on a record in this status.
      • Comments on records waiting for approval is not available in customer self-service portal.
    3. Approval settings
      • Option to include all profiles in a rule
    4. Approval process updates
      • Record that do not meet any process entry criteria is set to “Not applicable” status.
  3. On replying to a case created via mailroom, all the other 'TO' email addresses are captured as CC.
  4. Option to merge Esign tabs such as mandatory signature, initials, etc., in Print template.
  5. User preference is remembered to avoid repeated confirmation pop-ups before a record save.
  6. Admins are warned when they try to mark a field(used in existing workflow, lists, mailroom action, webforms) as mandatory or disable it.

Maintenance - Software update 7.17.9.1

Key enhancements:

  1. Eliminate manual approvals and increase efficiency by automating your business process using Vtiger Approvals.
  2. Use the right sales pipeline based on the Opportunity type and close more opportunities using Multiple sales pipeline.
  3. Internal interactions are available even on closed Cases.
  4. Duplicate rules are now applied even during Import action.
  5. Workflows run in instance owner context, even if record owner doesn't have write permissions.
  6. Allow Contacts access records in customer self-service portal based on Organization hierarchy.

Usability:

  1. Identify your lists shared with other users.
  2. Serial number added to items in line item block to indicate the item number.
  3. Email Campaign accounts with suspended status cannot send email campaigns.
  4. Folder block is not available in Document module’s list view.
  5. Event Status and Task Status fields are available as two separate fields in calendar reports.
  6. Download link-level email campaign report of unique clicks to follow up with the customers.
