Resolved - Our Engineering team has resolved the issue. Updating standard edition limits were overwritten in 7.18.1.2 maintenance release.
Customers using sales, sales free and legacy edition (exclusive) edition faced this issue.
We have added extra monitoring checks to avoid this in future.
