Maintenance - Software update 7.18.2.1

In this release we have resolved a large number of bugs.


Enhancements:

  1. Buy one-time credits and change Email marketing plan right from the Email Campaign widget.
  2. Billing page is enhanced to show the detailed subscription information.
  3. SAML login page is now available on searching by instance URL directly.
  4. Upload email attachments to Vtiger, Drive or Dropbox.

Usability:

  1. Click on the “New Comment” button in the Vtiger Buzz to compose a new comment.
  2. SMS Notifier Enhancements.
    1. View character count while typing a text message.
    2. SMS that exceeds the maximum character limit gets sent as multiple SMS.
  3. Option to delete the Shared Calendar is no longer available because the deleted calendars do not revert.
  4. Images larger than 1000px fits to the comment box width.

Impact: None, Service will be available during this update, without any disruption.

Urgent - Hotfix

This update delivers critical Invoice fixes to the product.

Impact: We had to do an unscheduled maintenance update to fix an issue. This update had to be done to fix an issue related to an extra decimal appearing in Invoice for customers having a specific configuration. The update started at 16:30 GMT and was completed by 20:30 GMT . During this time frame the service might be intermittently unavailable for 10 to 15 mins due to resources being diverted to the update process..
