- LabsMobile SMS Provider
LabsMobile is available as one of the SMS providers. You can integrate to send promotional and transactional messages to your customers.
Enhancements:
- Your customers can set up a language in self-service portal settings to view the portal in their preferred language.
- Webservices API is enhanced to support:
- Retrieval of partial data set of a record using describe_partial API call.
- Creation of Users and fetch user roles.
- Workflow expressions available in Update fields action is enhanced to include ‘add_weekdays’ operation. This is helpful to add business working days to a particular date field in a record.
- Option to enable tracking of the emails sent via Workflow’s Send Email action.
- Markup Percentage field is available as a line item field in all inventory modules.
- Employee Portal fields are available as merge fields in Email Templates and Workflow Send Email task.

Usability:
- CRM retains the existing value of the Email Opt-in field when an existing contact submits a webform leaving the email opt-in checkbox unchecked.
